Open-mindedness and a laid-back attitude with an emphasis on individuality and being in nature! Also, a crippling love of burritos and the need to keep a bathing suit and towel in the car at all times…

I make and release music under the moniker Joyeur
What/who are your greatest inspirations?
I am endlessly shaped by my life experience. Just deepening my relationship with my “self” and observing my habits. Like WOW, that’s something I do, let me stay curious, explore it and create something that reflects that. Something that elicits joy, not judgement.
What does it mean to you to be a "feminine tomboy"?
I feel like it’s a playful, less restrictive take on femininity allowing for the wild spirited nature and many shades of womxn! Down to get dirty, but want to look cute doing it!
Favorite items from Lady Dandelion?
Purple Tutti Frutti sweater, and Donni sweatpants, and the Madonna necklace!

Really digging Japanese Breakfast, Biig Piig, & Remi Wolf right now
Current crush?
My dog, Elephant. She is a sweet baby angel.
Life motto?
“Say hi with my energy, stay high with my energy,” which is the chorus line to my latest single Primitive Warrior! 2nd favorite would be “know thyself, enjoy thyself”.
How do you keep sane / blow off steam in this messed up time?
Writing songs is the only way I know how to see my inner world all laid out in front of me. It’s my therapy and roadmap!
Style icons?
5 year olds. They just dress how they feel and I’m constantly trying to recreate that sense of confidence
Favorite Cali road trip?
I highly recommend taking Highway 1 to the Redwoods! I feel impossibly small next to those giants in the best way. And of course, magical BIG SUR!
